Then I played Borderlands which has crit locations you had to manually aim for. At that point I realized how lazy I was being in Fallout 4. Then I made builds for Fallout 76 that does not use VATs (which VATS doesnt stop time, it is just an aim bot.)

Critical hits in real time aren't displayed other than you notice a bigger drop in HP then usual. (Except for Overdrive it seems.)
